INKY-Geo Italiano Especial!
In the summer of 1846 in a small village outside of Rome, Aldo Ravioli was looking for a way to trick his meat-averse son into eating beef. "Maybe I coulda wrapa da beefa ina pieca da dough." In the next 10 minutes Aldo watched in amazement as young Enrico downed a bowl full of Aldo's beef-dough creation without blinking.

This news spread quickly throughout all of Italy. Soon, others were modifying Aldo's original idea. Thus was the beginning of what the world would come to know as PASTA!

Now you have a chance to re-live this exciting time in culinary history by throwing together your favorite type of pasta and bringing it to the next INKY-geo "pot luck" social at Tom Sawyer Park.
